* Za prijavljivanje pasa u razred PRVAKA obavezno priložiti potvrdu o nacionalnom ili međunarodnom prvaku. Bez ove priložene potvrde, pas neće biti upisan u razred prvaka, već će ga organizator prebaciti u razred otvorenih. Psi koji su proglašeni Hrvatskim Prvakom ili Izložbenim Hrvatskim Prvakom obavezno se upisuju u ovaj razred.
** Za prijavljivanje pasa u razred RADNIH obavezno priložiti certifikat o položenom radnom ispitu dostatnom za upis psa u razred radnih. Bez ove priložene potvrde, pas neće biti upisan u razred radnih, već će ga organizator prebaciti u razred otvorenih.
Prijava obavezuje izlagača odnosno vlasnika psa na plaćanje iste, bez obzira da li je pas izložen.
Izlagati se mogu isključivo psi koji posjeduju rodovnicu priznatu od FCI-a.
Isključeni su kastrirani, sterilizirani i bolesni psi, kao i ženke u tjeranju.
Psi moraju biti cijepljeni protiv bjesnoće shodno zakonu, a bez knjižice o cijepljenu odnosno putovnice neće biti pušteni na izložbeni prostor, niti se smiju zadržavati ili kretati u blizini objekata u kojem se održava izložba.
Izlagači državljani Republike Hrvatske moraju imati podmirenu članarinu HKS-a za 2025. godinu.
Prijavljeni psi u vlasništvu članova HKS-a moraju biti upisani u Hrvatsku rodovnu knjigu.
Organizator zadržava pravo promjene suca.

* Dogs may only be entered in the Champion class if any required title – International Beauty Champion of the FCI, national beauty champion of a FCI country has been confirmed by the final day of the official registration period. A copy of this should accompany the entry. If this documentation is missing, the dog shall be transferred into the Open Class.
** To enter a dog in working class, the entry form must be accompanied by a copy of the FCI compulsory certificate, WCC (Working Class Certificate), containing the
confirmation by the member country in which the holder and/or owner has his legal residence, that the dog has passed an appropriate test as well as details about this test.
Application of dog for show obligates exibitor/dog owner for payment of entry regardless of whether the dog attends the show.
Only dogs with valid FCI pedigrees can be entered to the show.
Dogs which have been neutered, bitches in heat & sick dogs are excluded from the show.
Dogs must be vaccinated against rabies and must have an international pet passport otherwise they will not be allowed to approach the show ground.
The organizer reserves the right to change the judge.
