  • ABOUT THE ROLE - WRISTBAND EXCHANGE AT HILLSBOROUGH PARK

You are helping to get everyone into the festival by scanning in their tickets and exchanging them for a wristband, where applicable. This is a very customer-focused role and a great opportunity to work on your experience in customer service.

The role also involves working alongside the Volunteer Manager, the ticketing company, the assistant volunteer managers and the attendees.

Time always flies by, you'll be working with a good bunch of like-minded people, as well as getting real insight into festival delivery and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

    PLEASE NOTE

    • Shift lengths vary, as seen below. In exchange for your time you will receive access to the festival once two full shifts have been completed.
    • After the first shift you will receive entry to the festival for the rest of that day but in order to get access for the rest of the weekend, you must complete two full shifts, access is not given in lieu of shifts.
    • Please select all the times that you are available (you can select as many as you wish).
    • We require significantly more staff on our opening night and so would ask if possible, to make yourself available for the Friday shift, along with any other shifts you wish to assist with.
    • The times of shifts may vary and will be 100% confirmed closer to the time.
