I take full responsibility in the event of any theft or damage to my equipment while it is being stored on Maple Grove Raceway property. I understand that the track has no security in place to protect my equipment. I will name Maple Grove Raceway on my insurance policy.

I understand that if I choose to move my motorhome or trailer during an event. I am responsible for admission to that event. I understand I need to plan ahead to remove my vehicle / trailer from the property. Maple Grove is a locked facility. I understand I must give management 48hrs to pick up my vehicle / trailer during the week.

By signing below, I acknowledge that Maple Grove Raceway, its owners, and management are not liable for any damage to my item(s) being stored.  

I also understand at the request of Maple Grove Raceway I must remove any item of storage for certain events. If I do not remove any item, Maple Grove Raceway reserves the right to have any item towed. The cost of removal / towing will be my responsibility.

The fee for the 2025 season from March 30th until August 24th will be $150.

The fee for single week storage is $20 and may only be used 3 times before you are required to do the full season cost of $150.
