We would like to personally thank you for expressing interest in the 2026 Cotton Candy Festival!
Theme: cotton candy 🍭
We strongly encourage including cotton candy to your menu or having a cotton candy themed product. We believe this will help draw more consumers to your amazing food truck & booth which will result in more sales.
Food Truck Ex: fresh bags of cotton candy and/ or store bought (pre-packaged) containers of cotton candy.
Food Truck Ex2: cotton candy burger (burger topped with pre-bought cotton candy).
Food Truck/ Table Vendor Ex3: cotton candy baked goods.
Craft Product Ex: crochet cotton candy cones.
Craft Product Ex2: cotton candy earrings/ accessories
We will continue to advertise throughout the months leading up to the festival. We also ask that every food truck and vendor share the Cotton Candy Festival page as well to gain more traction.
The festival will be rain or shine, please prepare for the uncertain.
Ex: if you have a tent set up, bring side walls to protect your product.
There will be no power source, water hook ups, tents, or chairs provided. Please be prepared and bring your own supplies and equipment.
Food Trucks:
When arriving, you will set up on the outskirts of parking lot (someone will be present to assist).
Vendors:
When arriving, you will set up in the middle section of the parking lot (someone will be present to assist).
Once everything is unloaded from your vehicles, you will unhook and/or park all vehicles/ tow vehicles in the general parking lot. No cars or trucks will be allowed in or out during 12p-8p.
I will be on site with the Cloudy Days Cotton Candy food trailer and getting the park set up as early as 8am. When you arrive, someone will be at the park entrance to greet you and check you in. All food trucks and vendors may arrive for setup as early as 8am and be ready to serve by 11:30am
No over night food truck or vendor drop offs/ set up.
We will send out another email with the map attached and reiterated set up details as we get closer to festival time. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me.
