  • OFFERINGS CHECKLIST

    Please Check all of the goods that you plan to sell at the market over the course of the season. Products not listed require approval from the Market Manager.

  • MARKET ATTENDANCE

    Please check all the market dates you will NOT be planning to attend. If you can attend less than 13 market dates, please contact the Market Manager for special arrangements at rebekah@westparkkamms.org, or call 216-252-6559 Ext 732.

  • PAYMENT SCHEDULE

    Vendors making payments please note: some payments are due BEFORE the market season begins!

  • Payments are due by the following dates by installment plan. Vendors who do not meet these deadlines will not be allowed to participate in the following week's markets.

    Vendors who select "Credit Card" will be emailed a link for a payment form.

    Vendors who select "Check" can mail a check made out to to West Park Kamm's Neighborhood Development, 17407 Lorain Ave, Suite 200, Cleveland, OH 44111
