    Thank you so much for your interest in participating in the first annual Flavor and Savor Food Festival. I hope to grow it into an annual event that uplifts small businesses, becoming a summer tradition for friends and families. These are the terms and conditions you are expected to follow to participate in the 2025 Flavor and Savor Food Festival:

    Event Date & Shopping Hours: You are to be open the entirety of the vendor booth shopping time. The vendor booth shopping time is from 10 AM til 4 PM on June 21st 2025. If you close your booth early, you do risk not being asked back and potentially not accepted into any other Flavor Imperium hosted events. Should an emergency happen, please let me (Franny) know and we can figure something out.

    Location & Time: Flavor & Savor Food Festival, hosted by Flavor Imperium, will be located around Who's Your Coffee Roastery, Citizen's State Bank, and Clear Choice Chiropractic in Hartford City. For your GPS, you can use 1603 N Walnut St, Hartford City, IN 47348. Closer to the event, you will be emailed instructions on where to check in, where to set up, and what the set up/tear down times are. The event will be held rain or shine, so please plan accordingly. Products allowed: Only handmade, artisan, craft, and farmers market items can be sold in your booth. Currently, we are not accepting MLM or network marketing companies. You are only allowed to sell items you list on your application at time of application approval. Please do not bring items not listed on your contract or you will be asked to remove them from your booth. Flavor and Savor is a family friendly event, therefore, I do ask that you refrain from having items with curse words, inappropriate innuendos, and promotion of illicit substances (This does include marijuana). Again, anything in your booth that fall under these guidelines for products, I will ask for you to remove it from display.

    Booth Space: Some booths will be on grass, some will be on pavement. It is heavily encouraged to have tent weights on your tents. Flavor Imperium dba Flavor and Savor is not held responsible for any damage or lost items in relation to the event. By filling out this contract and vending at Flavor and Savor, you agree to this. If you have plastic tables, please have a table covering over them, whether its fabric or a covering. If you choose 2 spaces, you can use 2 tents or you can put one tent in the middle of your space and offer items in the additional space around your tent. Merchandise should be displayed in an attractive way that looks pleasing and inviting. Flavor Imperium is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Vendors must be set up in your designated space. Please do not set up in the walkways or outside of your designated space. When you are greeting booth visitors, stay inside of your booth area, do not walk out into the walk ways after guests. I also ask you keep your booth clean and orderly during the event. The goal is to keep a professional, enjoyable experience for the attendees.

    Booth Sharing: Sharing your booth with another vendor needs to be approved by Franny. Anyone sharing a booth with an unapproved business will not be allowed to set up at future events.

    Generators: Use of generators must be pre-approved with the event coordinators. It is assumed the mobile food truck trailers will be using one so they are all pre-approved.

    Vendor Parking: No vehicles are permitted in the festival area during festival hours. This is for the safety of the shoppers and visitors. Driving through the festival area during business hours will result in not being asked back for future events but also will be reported as reckless endangerment.

    Electricity and Wifi: Electricity and Wifi will not be provided so please plan accordingly.

    Payment: Paying for your booth should only go to Franny Pauley Tremmel. I am the only person authorized to take money for this event. No one else. Should your application be approved, instructions on how to pay for your booth will be included.

    Food permits (food vendors only): Food vendors must obtain the correct permits from the Blackford County Health Department. Failure to comply with the Health Department rules and permitting will result in being immediately shut down.

    Vendor Conduct: Please remain courteous and respectful to your fellow vendors, to event staff and volunteers, and to attendees. Should conflict arise, please don't hesitate in reaching out to someone on the event staff or myself, to help mediate a conversation if necessary. No loud music, noise, or sound amplification devices shall be used by vendors during the event.With your booth approval, you will be given a copy of these terms and conditions. I do reserve the right to add any rules that allow for a better event for everyone involved, should anything be added, it will be in writing and available to you before the event. See you in June!
