Thank you for signing on to be part of the Think Franklin First Gift Card program! We are so excited to have you on board! Now that you have chosen a gift card processing method with Swipe-it, the next step is to set up direct deposits so you can be paid for cards redeemed in your business.

Please note, the bank account that is holding and dispersing all funds related to this program is held at Dean Bank and is managed by the 501C3 Random Smile Project. The Random Smile Project and it's approved associates will be handling all deposits. This program is an opt-in/opt-out at any time arrangement.

Any questions related to the redemption process or accessing the reporting through your portal login should be directed to Swipe-it Technologies. As a participating business, you are always able to access your reports to see information related to gift card redemption at your business.

Deposits will be made weekly on the same day of each week (Day of the week is TBD) for all gift cards redeemed the prior week. If the scheduled deposit day falls on a holiday or for any other reason, would need to be altered, you would be notified. Please recognize that the deposits are being handled and managed by volunteers who are committed to the program and its success.

If at any time, the fee structure would need to be reassessed, or changed in any way, you would be given ample notice of any and all changes and as always, can opt-out at any time. Any updates and changes to the program would be communicated in writing and shared via email. You would be paid any money owed for cards redeemed at your business up until the opt-out date. We reserve the right to change the fee structure if necessary.

Swipe-it trains businesses and provide best options for gift card redemption based on their POS system. The contact information you provide will be used to share any updates about the program and 'point person' who would undergo the conversation with Larry Rubin from Swipe IT about discussing your POS system and how to intergrate the Think Franklin First Gift card program.

Your business will be listed on the website www.franklingiftcard.com, as a participating vendor.

We ask that you train your staff to recognize the cards and know how to redeem them at your business. It is very important that customers have a good experience when using these cards, to ensure they will buy more and hopefully spread the word!
