    An Exercise From Fear to Flow
  • This exercise will help you learn to raise your perspective.

    Take a few deep breaths and then allow thoughts to flow to you about different areas of your life. These can be general or specific. Whatever comes to you will work. Begin with whatever first comes to mind.

    As you complete each part of the exercise, keep in mind that you are simply adjusting your perspective up a bit—to the highest perspective that you can actually believe. Imagine that you are walking up a flight of stairs, taking one step up at a time. A tiny shift that you can fully believe will generate a big change in perspective. 

    Start by choosing one area of your life to focus on. It could be work, health, vitality, intellect, relationships, finances, etc. Resist the temptation to choose an area just because it needs improvement. Just pick any area that comes to mind first. Don’t overthink it!

  • If reading this aloud makes you feel better about this area of your life, then you have successfully raised your perspective. You will now have higher-perspective thoughts and ideas regarding this topic, and inspiration will flow to you with greater clarity.

    If you can’t fully embrace this new higher perspective and you can’t believe it yet, simply return to #4 above and adjust the higher vibrational words/phrases to others that are closer to your original perspective but still a move up vibrationally. Repeat this process until you recognize that you FEEL better about this area of your life. 

    There is no wrong way to do this and there is no number of repetitions that is too many. This is a process of raising your perspective and it is unique to you. The time it takes to do this will depend on the topic you chose. You were led to choose this topic and it’s the perfect one for you right now.
