Welcome to the Expressive Tile and Stone Trade Program!
Our exclusive Trade Program is designed to support interior designers, general contractors, custom home builders, developers, and tile installers by providing competitive pricing, exclusive perks, and priority access to high-quality tile and stone selections.
By enrolling in the Expressive Tile and Stone Trade Program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
The Trade Program is open to the following professionals:
Interior Designers
General Contractors
Custom Home Builders
Developers
Architects
Tile Installers
Expressive Tile and Stone reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion.
2. Trade Discounts & Pricing
Approved members receive tiered discounts based on purchase volume.
Discounts apply only to product purchases and do not include shipping, installation, or additional services.
Trade pricing cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
All orders require full payment at the time of purchase—no exceptions.
Pricing and discounts are subject to change without notice.
3. Order Policies
All sales are final and non-refundable due to the custom and specialty nature of our products.
Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order.
Expressive Tile and Stone is not responsible for variations in color, texture, or pattern, as natural stone and handmade tiles may vary.
Lead times vary by product and vendor. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of order but are subject to change.
Expressive Tile and Stone is not liable for any project delays due to supply chain issues, manufacturer hold-ups, or force majeure events.
4. Sample Lending Program
Trade members may borrow samples for client presentations.
Samples must be returned within 14 days in original condition.
Lost or damaged samples may result in a replacement fee charged to the trade member’s account.
5. Client Showroom Experience
Trade members may schedule private showroom appointments with clients.
Complimentary wine and charcuterie experiences are available by appointment only and subject to availability.
6. Non-Transferability of Trade Program Benefits
Trade discounts and privileges cannot be shared with non-members or used for personal purchases outside of professional projects.
Any misuse of trade pricing, including allowing non-trade clients to purchase under a trade account, may result in immediate termination of membership.
If trade pricing is misused, the client will be charged back for any discounts previously applied.
7. Legal Disclaimers & Liabilities
Product Availability & Lead Time Disclaimer
"All product availability and lead times are estimated and subject to change due to supply chain issues, backorders, and manufacturer production schedules. Expressive Tile and Stone is not responsible for any project delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to shipping delays, production hold-ups, or force majeure events."
Limitation of Liability Disclaimer
"Expressive Tile and Stone is not responsible for any damages, installation issues, or defects in products once they are received by the trade member or their client. Variations in color, texture, and pattern are inherent in natural stone, handmade, and specialty tiles and do not constitute defects. Expressive Tile and Stone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products."
Custom & Special Order Policy Disclaimer
"All orders, including custom, special-order, and made-to-order products, are final sale and non-refundable. Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase; after this period, Expressive Tile and Stone is not liable for modifications, delays, or returns."
Sample Lending Liability Disclaimer
"Samples borrowed from Expressive Tile and Stone must be returned in original condition within 14 days. Lost or damaged samples may result in a replacement fee charged to the trade member’s account."
Agreement to Terms Disclaimer
"By participating in the Expressive Tile and Stone Trade Program, the trade member agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Expressive Tile and Stone reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued participation constitutes agreement to the most recent terms."
