Confidentiality Statement

As a participant in the Chamber's Management and Peer-to-Peer Roundtable Program I understand and agree to the following:
- Roundtable groups meet in person monthly for 90 minutes.
- Regular attendance and active engagement in conversations is key to providing benefit to all table participants. The program period is February 1 – January 31 annually.
- Due to the confidential nature of roundtable conversations guests, visitors and substitutes are not permitted.
- All participants are expected to act as a meeting host at least once during the program year. Morning group hosts provide a light breakfast, lunch group hosts provide a light lunch and afternoon group hosts provide light snacks and refreshments.
- Roundtable program fees are non-refundable.
- Roundtable conversations and information shared at the meeting are confidential and will not be shared with any individual or organization outside of my assigned roundtable group.
