CONSENT & DISCLAIMER AGREEMENT

 

Coaching in any of its forms such as Life Coaching, Executive Coaching, Traumatic Memory Resolution, as well as Intuitive Reading or Channeling, is NOT psychotherapy, nor counselling. It is a philosophical and educational approach, not psychological, to improving well-being. The term coaching as mentioned, does not refer to psychological state licensed professional, psychiatric, or clinical medical advice. There is no diagnosis established and your health insurance will NOT cover your meetings or coaching sessions. If you choose to discuss your personal issue and commit to coaching, you are responsible for your own well-being.

I acknowledge that coaching and the healing tools offered in all types of sessions by United Inner States of Freedom Inc. as well as United Inner States of Freedom LLC are not a substitute for psychiatric and psychological treatments and that I am responsible for continuing any of these treatments prescribed by my psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical doctor and that in case of emergency, I will go to a hospital ER.

No records kept would be of any value in legal proceedings, nor would our impressions be of value to other health professionals or mental health professionals. Pascal & Alexandra Renders will not provide written or verbal reports to attorneys, health professionals, mental health professionals, health insurance companies, or anyone else.

Pascal & Alexandra Renders or any other coach on the United Inner States of Freedom Team are NOT Medicare providers, and you will not be reimbursed by Medicare or any health insurance.

All interventions designed to address emotional and behavioral issues come with some degree of risk, and results cannot be guaranteed.

Pascal & Alexandra Renders will not be providing medical or legal advice, psychotherapy, psychology, social work, or counseling. Life Coaching, Executive Coaching, TMR (Traumatic Memory Resolution), Hands On Healing, and Channeling & Intuitive Readings provide a philosophical and educational approach to maximizing mental and emotional well-being.

Sessions may be video or audio recorded.

Cancellation Policy: 

Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your registration, we require 72 hours prior to the scheduled session time in order for a full refund to be granted. Cancellations will be made by phone only with live and real human interaction with one of our Team Members at +1 413-464-4526. Appointments canceled between 72 hours and the actual session start time are non-refundable. This policy is non-negotiable.

5-DAY MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

 

United Inner States of Freedom Inc. is a licensed non-profit coaching provider registered within the Turtle Island Network operating as a corporate sole. All of our services are exclusively provided to registered members only. Therefore, in order to benefit from our services, we kindly ask you to register as a private member for $6 per scheduled program day.

do hereby request a 5-day membership to receive the service(s) of PASCAL RENDERS and/or ALEXANDRA RENDERS From Turtle Island provider, UNITED INNER STATES OF FREEDOM Inc. with (HPB- License CTIH-20240000586). With the signing of this contract and due considerations of $30.00 for a 5-day guest pass, I affirm that I have read and agree that I have a Divinely given right of expressive association (trust) to choose any type of healing that I feel is best for our Mind, Body and Spirit. These options include but are not limited to: ALL forms of natural, Indigenous, Monastic or earth-based healing, energy and spiritual healing, whether traditional or nontraditional, conventional or unconventional, as well as allopathic medicine. Turtle Island Healing Centers/ Priories are not open to the public; and all people seeking services are private members only. All member records are the property of TIGP and are kept private.

In addition, I affirm and understand that I agree to this contract to be a private member of the TIGP/TIN. I am thus protected by the First, Ninth, Tenth and Fourteenth Amendments to the US Constitution as well as the United Nations General Assembly (10 December 1948, Palais de Chaillot, Paris). It is therefore outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal, State, County, and City Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against the TIGP Providers and members.

COVENANT: As a 5-Day member, I agree to be in covenant with the terms of this contract. I further agree to take any complaint to arbitration through the Turtle Islands’ Ecclesiastical Court. Complaints or cancellation of this contract must be submitted in writing by email to contactus@turtleislandnetwork.org or mailed to Turtle Island Grand Priory, P.O. Box 70, Dry Fork, VA 24549. Contact number is 1-855-765-4325. I attest that I am here solely on my behalf and not as an agent or representative for any Federal, State, County, or City Agencies. Furthermore, I do not represent any Massage Board, Medical Board, Zoning Board, Licensing Board, etc. Neither am I on a mission of entrapment or investigation on behalf of these or any other agencies, either on this or any subsequent visit. Any attempt to take information or matters outside this jurisdiction could result in a fine of up to $5,000.00.
