  • We're so happy you're interested in proposing an AORTAlive event!

    Submissions are reviewed and accepted on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on volume of submissions. Though we are not able to accept all submissions, we will keep submitted content in consideration for future curation for up to 12 months. Please note that we will aim to curate no more than 2 events maximum per creator per calendar year.

    All new applicants should take a moment to review our Info & FAQ page before submitting. This page includes pay rates and content & legal requirements. All other questions can be directed to programs@AORTAfilms.com.

    We welcome events that are collaboratively created/led, but ask that you elect a single "lead presenter" to be our main contact for logistics. If you're proposing a specific event, you can specify the different ways folks are involved in the event description.

    Please let us know if you'd be open to any of the following to help us promote your event! These are all totally optional, but a great way for us to cross promote if you're interested.

  • Legal Info

    If selected, we'll send you a contract to sign, and ask you to send the following forms PER PARTICIPANT featured in the event. Even if a performer/participant in your event does not engage in sexual activity, these forms are required. We are happy to supply 2257 forms if needed. I certify that I am ALREADY IN POSSESSION or commit to SECURING AND SUBMITTING AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF EVENT of the following forms/images:
