Please submit the following form and a representative will get back to you with all the details pertaining to registration for this event. Please be sure to submit your work for review by Instagram, website, OR a file upload.
Vendor Requirements

Any accommodations that need to be made should be requested with event coordinators prior to the show.

- Setup starts as early 11AM.
- Setup ends at 2PM (No exceptions)

Small Business Vendor (6ft Table)-- $150 -- This registration is intended for small business owners wanting to showcase with a 6ft Table. Vendors are provided a 6-8ft space (tables, linen, or anything needed for setup must be provided by the vendor, as venue tables are limited).

Corporate Business Vendor - $500 -- This registration is for corporations wanting to showcase a with 6ft Table. Vendors are provided a 6-8ft space (tables, linen, or anything needed for setup must be provided by the vendor, as venue tables are limited).

Food Trucks Vendors -- $300 - This ticket option is for Food Trucks with proper license and permits. Please reach out to us at FlowerFest420@gmail.com before registering as a vendor.

420 Business Vendors - $1000 -- This registration is for businesses showcasing THC-A, Delta 8, or CBD products. Vendors are provided a 6-8ft space (tables, linen, or anything needed for setup must be provided by the vendor, as venue tables are limited). Please reach out to us at FlowerFest420@gmail.com before registering as a vendor.

The undersigned hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless individuals associated with the any Flower Fest 420 and High Hopes Agency event, its agents, representatives, and successors from any damage to undersigned's property or any personal injury that he/she or helpers may sustain while participating in any market put on by Flower Fest 420. I understand that there are no refunds or rain checks in the event that you are not able to attend. I will abide by all rules that the market puts into place and have all permits required. Flower Fest 420 are not responsible for any penalties due to large of proper permits. This agreement is good for all future events that you attend unless notified by the event manager(s). I agree I have all permits required to sell my product. Checking I agree and/or submitting this form is the equivalent to my signature. *Indemnity Agreement*
