Wedding Music Contract

This contract serves as an agreement between Cheyenne Olson and Client for live piano music services at the Client's wedding ceremony.

Standard Ceremony Package - $500 + Travel Fee

• Attendance at Wedding Rehearsal
• Prelude Music (20 minutes, soft love songs)
• Processional Music (2 music selections of your choice)
• Optional Ceremony Music (1 music selection of your choice)
• Recessional Music (1 music selection of your choice)
• Postlude Music (20 minutes, soft love songs)
• Travel Fee: distance miles x $0.75 x 4 (for 2 round trips)

The Client agrees to confirm all music choices with the Musician no later than 3 months before the wedding.

Possible Music Selections:

• Prelude: Popular Love Songs, Sacred Music
• Processional: Canon in D (Pachelbel), All of Me (John Legend), Bridal Chorus (Wagner), Can't Help Falling in Love (Elvis Presley), and A Thousand Years (Christina Perri)
• Recessional: Wedding March (Mendelssohn), Arrival of the Queen of Sheba (Handel), and Marry You (Bruno Mars)
• Postlude: Popular Love Songs, Sacred Music

You don't have to use these music selections, they are just options / possibilities!

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure the date.
• The remaining balance is due one week before the wedding.
• Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal.

• If the Client cancels within 30 days of the wedding, 50% of the total fee is still due.
• If the Client cancels within 7 days of the wedding, the full balance is due.
• If the Musician must cancel due to an emergency, a full refund of all payments will be provided.

• The Client is responsible for ensuring that the venue has a working piano.
• The Client agrees to notify the Musician of any time changes or location updates at least two weeks before the event.

By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this contract.
