Invoicing & Payments:
An invoice will be emailed to {email} along with confirmation of registration, usually within 5 days of form completion. It is payable with credit card, EFT, or check. Timely payment at your earliest convenience is appreciated.
Budget-Friendly Low-Risk Fine Print:
Because space in the course is limited, no refunds will be provided for cancellations once a payment is made, as this is the final confirmation step in securing a space for your staff member. With notification to emily@brightmoosetraining.com, seats are fully transferable to another staff member within the same organization until 48 hours prior to the training.
Live Zoom, Recorded Back-Up, Participation Expectations:
The training will be presented live via zoom, and will be recorded. Each seat enables one staff member to attend the live training and/or access the recording. The recording will be available within 72 hours of the training's completion, and will be accessible via streaming (not download) for 30 days.
Ideally, participants should be able to have a camera on during the sessions and will be asked to participate in discussions. Attendance will NOT be taken except for the Camper Support Specialist Training (to provide for certificates of completion).
Responsibilities & Agreements (The Legal Fine Print):
The fine print is actually in the font same size as everything else because it’s just as important. A few things to know:
By clicking submit on this form you agree to make timely payment once you receive confirmation of registration and to take all reasonable steps to ensure your staff member is able to participate as scheduled.
You also agree that (a) this training is informational only and does not convey certification, (b) has no examination/scoring or other evaluation of participants, and (c) that Bright Moose, as well as any owners, employees, agents, or officers, do not guarantee results nor shall any of the aforementioned be held liable for any participant, volunteer, employee or other attendee’s actions, behaviors, illnesses, injuries, accidents, health issues, lapses in judgement or other personal- or employment-affecting concerns in relation to their participation in the training.
In return Emily agrees to provide a fully resourced, well-presented and beneficial training course for your team member. And if you or they are unhappy with any aspect of that experience, Emily agrees to listen to your concerns and do everything in her power to rectify the situation.
