Gather all your Video Tapes and Audio Cassette Tapes that you want to be Preserved Digitally and count how many you have of each. Now insert the quanties of each in the "Filling the Memory Bags" section of this form. You will also notice that the total number of tapes is calculated, please insert that number in the "My Memories" section.
Now choose the appropriate "Shipping" based upon the total number of "Memory Bags" you are filling, Remember this "total number" will always need be rounded up to the next whole number.

Your entire finished project will be uploaded to your personal "Youtube Channel" that we will create for you. From there you can share the channel and each individual video with anyone you desire and you can give access to the Youtube Channel to anyone you desire to upload future videos. Plus, you can download all the videos from the channel onto your computer. We will need to contact you during the development of your YouTube Channel to get a verification code that Google will send you. We will arrange to do this at your convenince.
You can also choose to have a DVD/CD set made of your project or to receive your Digital Files on a Thumb Drive, there is just a small charge for either of these options.
Once all items are selected properly, then fill in the Credit Card/ Debit Card section and "HIT SUBMIT"
You will receive an email with a copy of your order and invoice.
Once we receive your order we will look it over for any problems and contact you if we see any. Then we will mail out your "Welcome Package" which includes the appropriate Shipping Box, Prepaid Shipping Label, Packing Instructions and supplies and the Memory Bags.

Our Transfer Price is based on a "Not-to-Exceed" total run time of 2 hours per tape. If a tape is longer than 2 hours in length, the additional footage will be digitized and priced accordingly. (you will be contacted in such incidents)
The shipping cost is for a 3-way shipping procedure. 1. We send the "Welcome Package" to your doorstep. 2. You package the tapes per our "packing instructions" and mail the tapes to us using the prelabeled shipping box. 3. After we digitize your order we will send back your tapes as well as the DVDs and Thumb Drive if you ordered them.
We use MEDIA MAIL with USPS which costs much less than Regular USPS, UPS or FedEx. There are a few guidelines in using Media Mail, the main one is what can be shipped. The only thing that we use that cannot be shipped via Media Mail is Thumb Drives. So the cost of a thumbdrive includes shipping it to you in a well protected bubble envelope. Once we receive your tapes we will verify your package comparing it to the quantity ordered and any DVD/CD or Thumb Drive, if we see any discrepancies you will be notified.
