Students nominated by departments for the Outstanding TA Awards must be in good academic standing, taught during the three quarters relevant to the award (Spring 2025, Fall 2025, Winter 2026), and must not have received a 4.0 or lower on any section of their iEval scores.
Only one form should be completed per department or program (preferably by the department GSAO, faculty grad advisor, or department chair).
If your department is allotted three or more nominations, we encourage AT LEAST one person from outside of your department (outside-hire) to be nominated for your departmental award.
Nomination forms must be submitted by Week 3 of Spring quarter (4/17).
