Cancellation Policy*

I understand and accept the following reservation and cancellation policy. All invoices must be paid prior to the tournament. Cancellations received on or before May 15, 2025 will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee per registered golfer. Cancellations received after May 15, 2025 will not be refunded. However, you may substitute a golfer with a replacement. All cancellations and substitutions must be emailed to the TACC office at info@tumwaterchamber.com. Telephone reservations are considered confirmed and will be invoiced.
