We want your camper to have a great experience and become a better rider.

Drop off/Pick up at Central Field (baseball field) off-Broadway, near downtown Fairfax before Ace Hardware and just after the closed Bank of America.

PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW.

Your camper's bicycle needs to be in very good working condition. All gears working, no chains shifting into the spokes in the easiest gear, tread on the tires, air in the tires, and oil on the chain.

For the summer camp, we do a bike check on the first day of the camp week but please make sure their bikes are in good working condition.

Drop off at 8:30 am

Pick up at 2:30pm-3pm (camp ends at 3:00 pm)

Camper skill level. All levels are very welcome!! We run the camp in 2 groups. Beginner/Intermediate and Intermediate/Advanced. In either group, we are never in a rush, and we get where we're going when we get there. This camp is about having fun and going on some great MTB rides. Info is on my site on how to determine that if you are not sure which group your rider should be in.*

INFORMED CONSENT & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

My digital signature by submitting the form confirms that I know of no health-related or physical reason why my child cannot fully participate in the Ross Valley Mountain Bike Camp. If the submitter is unreachable in case of an incident requiring medical attention, I authorize Ross Valley Mountain Bike Camp to contact the physician listed above. If the physician is also unavailable my digital signature hereon is my consent that Ross Valley Mountain Bike Camp may exercise its best judgment in seeking medical attention. The submitter has the legal authority to execute this agreement and expressly releases Ross Valley Mountain Bike Camp and Paul Whitfield from any claims, demands, compensation for any injury or damages arising from my child's participation in its activities. The submitter also relinquishes and waives any rights it may be conferred by Civ. Code Section 1542.

If because of unforeseen circumstances such as red flag warning day and all trails are closed or because of inclement weather, there will be no refund for the camp day that prevents the camp from being run. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before camp will not receive a refund or credit.
