I agree to pay the Notary Public for services rendered. While an estimate may have been provided, the final fee will be calculated at the time of the appointment and is subject to change based on the actual services required (number of documents, signatures, witnesses). I understand and agree that a $25 fee will be charged if I fail to appear for my confirmed appointment, arrive more than 20 minutes late, or cancel my appointment with less than 3 hours' notice.
