  • 2026 Trade Show & Sale Registration

    May 7, 8 & 9th, 2026. at the Roy H. Johnson Arena, 523 Smith Avenue, The Pas, MB. Please complete the form to register for the trade show. Deadline for the Early Bird Discount is March 30th. Deadline to register is April 30th, 2026.
  • Contract Details

    You will get an automated confirmation that we received this registration. Once paid, we will send another email with approved registration with a Welcome Package. We will do our best to accommodate the needs and requests of all the vendors. All decisions by the Chamber Board are final.   • Early Bird Discount

    • $100 discount per booth (excludes lobby tables)
    • Payment must be received by March 31st, 2026
    • Use Code: EB2026 (automatically expires)

    Deadlines

    • Registration closes: April 30th, 2026
    • Full refund deadline: March 31st, 2026
    • 50% refund available: Until April 30th, 2026
    • No Shows will NOT be refunded and vendor may not be allowed to participate in future events

    Trade Show Hours

    • Move in: Thursday, May 7th noon to 4pm
    • Open: Thursday, May 7th 5pm to 8pm
    • Vendor Meet & Greet: Thursday, May 7th 8pm to 9pm
    • Open: Friday, May 8th Noon to 8pm
    • Open: Saturday, May 9th, 10am to 4pm
    • Move out: Saturday, May 9th, 4 to 8pm

    Booth & Table Info

    • 8-ft tables available (for small businesses, home businesses, and craftspeople)
    • Must be booked at the time of registration
    • Electricity available – bring your own extension cords

    Booth Expectations

    • Daily specials encouraged – promoted through event channels
    • Booth must be staffed at all times
    • If alone, coordinate with a neighbour, organizers or display a "Back in X minutes" sign
    • Clear refund policy (if applicable)
    • Contact organizers if assistance is needed
    • Product variety is managed to avoid excessive duplication
    • First come, first served – submit a detailed product description with registration

    Silent Auction

    • We request an item for silent auction donation – displayed in the main lobby
    • Donation card will include your company name & booth number
    • Great exposure for your product & business
