Cancellation & Appointment Policy | I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 50% service fee. • “No-show” appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged a late-cancellation fee.
