  • Fee Information:

  • A standard vending fee of $50 to Amaris Starseed and a following 10% of sales (day of the event) to Evalyne, PLEASE SPEAK TO EVALYNE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE EVENT TO PAY DAY OF OR ARRANGE PAYMENT. For Amaris please write a check to "Amaris Starseed for - Beltane Vending Fee" and mail within 1 week of submitting application. Mail a check/money order to:

  • Logistics:

  • Set up time is 9 am. We ask that all stay until 6 pm. Please bring a 6 ft table for vending and a table cloth that reaches the floor. Only two people per vending table max. The tables will be pushed up against the wall and the chairs on either or one side of the table. The room is roughly 18X20 ft. Metal chairs with cushions will be provided if you need chairs or you can bring your own.

  • Cancellation:

  • If you, as a the vendor cancels the fee will not be returned. If the organizer or host cancels for any reason, the fee will not be returned. Amaris Starseed and affiliates, as well as Evalyne Hall and affiliates are not responsible for any bodily harm, injury of any kind, damage, or theft of products. It is up to vendor if they deem they need insurance for the event.
