    Join us for some summertime fun at St. Philip Lutheran! Our program this summer includes park days, water days, off-campus field trips, hands-on art projects, and other age appropriate creative activities both indoors and outdoors!

    ​Dates: Monday, June 9th - Friday, August 1st

    No camp from Monday, June 30th to Friday, July 4th.

    Summer camp will resume again on Monday, July 7th.

    Times:​ 

    ​Full Day Camp Hours (includes before & aftercare): Monday - Friday (7 AM - 6 PM)
    Half Day Camp Hours: Monday: Friday (8:30 AM - 11:30 AM)
    Before Care Hours: Monday: Friday (7 AM - 8:30 AM)
    After Care Hours: Monday: Friday (3 PM - 6 PM)

    Schedule Options: 

    Campers have the option to attend full or half days as well as 5 days a week or 3 days a week (Tues, Wed, Thurs).

    ​Cost:​​

    $50 Registration Fee PER camper

    5 Full-Time Days: $290 per week
    5 Part-Time Days: $120 per week

    3 Full-Time Days: $225 per week

    3 Part-Time Days: $80 per week

    Daily Full-Time Rate: $75 ​

    Week 2 June 16th - 20th: Building Relationships With Our Neighbors
    Week 3 June 23rd - June 27th: Building Bonds With Jesus (VBS Week)
    Week 4 July 7th  - July 11th: Building Interest & Knowledge
    Week 5 July 14th - July 18th: Building Character
    Week 6 July 21st -July 25th: Building Blocks
    Week 7 July 28th - August 1st: Building In Nature

IF PARENTS/GUARDIANS OR EMERGENCY CONTACTS CANNOT BE REACHED, I HEREBY AUTHORIZE THE SCHOOL TO TAKE THE NECESSARY EMERGENCY ACTION. AS A PARENT/GUARDIAN I AUTHORIZE THE TREATMENT OF THE NAMED MINOR (S) BY A QUALIFIED AND LICENSED MEDICAL DOCTOR IN THE EVENT OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY WHICH, IN THE OPINION OF THE ATTENDING PHYSICIAN, MAY ENDANGER NAMED MINOR(S) LIFE, CAUSE PHYSICAL DISABILITY, OR UNDUE DISCOMFORT IF DELAYED.                   • General Permission

                    GENERAL PERMISSION I HEREBY GIVE MY CHILD PERMISSION TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CAMP SPONSORED ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING WALKING FIELD TRIPS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD). PARENTS MAY WITHDRAW THEIR CHILD FROM A SPECIFIC ACTIVITY THROUGH WRITTEN REQUEST. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WEEKS I REGISTER MY CHILD FOR CAMP. OFF CAMPUS FIELD TRIPS WILL BE PROVIDED DURING THE SUMMER - MORE INFORMATION WILL FOLLOW REGARDING THESE TRIPS INCLUDING THE NECESSARY FEES. YOU MAY OPT IN OR OUT OF THESE FIELD TRIPS AT YOUR DISCRETION.
