Initial if you read and understand this. Please insure there is enough FLAT space for the set up you choose. The Deluxe Dreamy Denz will need 13x11 ft plus a separate 6 ft x 8ft area for the bounce house. The bounce house does not have to be connected to the soft play area and can be across the room for example. The bubble dome is a BIG set up! It is 10ft wide 13 ft tall and 18 ft long. I will also need a plug in outlet within 50 ft for the bounce house or bubble bounce house!

Every set up has a retainer fee to be officially booked for the specific date AFTER confirmation of it being available. We take Venmo or can email a PayPal invoice that allows other payment options. Please list which you prefer! Remainder balance is due before we start set up.

After we receive the inquiry, we will confirm that we have the date/time available to book. We will then text you to let you know it is available and to give you the retainer amount so we can get you booked. Once booked we will block that date out for you! About a few weeks before the party we will reach out to make sure there are no time or theme changes, we may ask a few questions to make sure our set up is perfectly matched to your party!
