Deposits: Due no later than two (2) weeks after contract signing and refundable provided there is no damage to, or additional clean up necessary on facility or grounds. Deposits will NOT be refunded for events cancelled two (2) weeks prior to event date. 

Building Rental: Fee includes tables, chairs, bar setup and bartender and is due two (2) weeks prior to the event.

Set Up/Tear Down: Day-of setup will be included in the rental fee. If you need an additional day to set up or tear down, it will be half the price of the rental fee per day. To avoid additional fees for tear down, the rented space must be cleaned out, with tables and chairs stacked appropriately, and the grounds cleared out by 2:00am the following morning. Pipe and drape is available for $8.00/ft and includes setup and teardown. You are welcome to decorate/hang anything you would like as long as it will not cause damage. If you are in need of labor and equipment to decorate, the rate will be $200.00/hr.

Insurance: We will require a certificate of liability insurance. You can provide us one from your carrier or we can add your event to our policy for an additional fee of up to $125.00.

Alcohol: Offerings are limited to beer, wine, and seltzers which MUST be purchased through the Yuma County Fairgrounds. Please note that prices and selections can change at any time and we will let you know as soon as possible if something changes. Any alcohol that is left at the end of night CAN NOT leave the grounds and will be forfeited back to the Yuma County Fair. Alcohol orders MUST be completed at least two weeks before the event.

Security: REQUIRED if alcohol is being served. We will coordinate either Mitchell's Security or the Sheriff's Office depending on how many people there will be and the perceived rowdiness of the crowd. Mitchell's Security work in teams of two at $35.00 per hour per person. Sheriff's Officers work in teams of two at $65.00 per hour per person.
