    Thank you for your interest in attending the 2025 ACC Summit, hosted this year in right outside of Nashville, TN! Registration is open this year: Completing the form below secures your spot. Please note that spaces are limited, so register early!
  • Important Conference Information

    This conference is only open to attendees 18 years of age or older.

    Dates: Thursday August 7 - Saturday August 9
    Location: Montgomery Bell State Park (Burns, TN)

    The 2025 ACC Summit will kickoff the evening of Thursday, August 7th and end on the evening of Saturday, August 9th.

    We ask that attendees arrive the morning or early afternoon on August 7 and depart the morning of August 10.

    The deadline to register is Friday, June 6.

    Eligible attendees will be able to apply for travel assistance using this form.

  • Travel Assistance

  • We are thrilled to offer travel assistance to attendees again this year. While travel assistance is limited, we want to ensure every attendee who needs it to attend receives it. Travel assistance will cover airfare and your hotel room in the ACC room block at the Montgomery Bell State Park Lodge.

    If you will need assistance in traveling to the Summit, please indicate that below. However, if you are able to cover your own travel costs, we kindly ask that you select “no” below to ensure those in need can be accommodated.

  • Activities

    In addition to speakers and trainings, we will also offer various activities at this year's Summit. All activities will take place at the Montgomery Bell State Park. Specific activities have not yet been finalized, but please indicate below what kinds of activities you are interested in.
  • Travel Information

    Your application for travel assistance will be reviewed after submitting registration. You will be contacted within a week on your application's status. In the meantime, please provide the following information. The information below will not affect your application, it is purely for our future reference.
  • Important Travel Information - Read Before Proceeding!

    Arriving flights will be scheduled for the morning or afternoon of Thursday, August 7, depending on route availability. ACC will provide charter busses for attendees from the Nashville airport to Montgomery Bell State Park.

    Departing flights will be scheduled for the morning or afternoon of Sunday, August 10. If you need to leave earlier, please indicate in the section below.

    Upon the approval of your application for travel assistance, our travel team will be in touch with you to arrange flights. We will not reimburse attendees for flights booked on their own.

  • By applying for travel assistance, you agree to reimburse ACC for the cost of your airfare should you decide to cancel and no longer attend the Summit after your flight has been booked.

    Room Rate: $FREE for college and young professional attendees

    Check-in: Thursday, August 7 at 4:00 PM
    Check-out: Sunday, August 10 by 11:00 AM

    Room Details:
    Attendees requesting a complimentary room in ACC's room block will be provided with a standard room with two queen beds.

    Roommates:
    You will be assigned a roommate of a similar age and the same gender. You may request a specific roommate by name below, but please take note of the following:

    • Your preferred roommate must register for by Friday, May 2;
    • You must provide their correct name below and it must be the same name they used to complete their registration;
    • They must list your name as their preferred roommate on their registration;
    • If your preferred roommate fails to register by the due date, or cancels their registration, you will be assigned a new roommate.

    If you would not like to share a room, you can select "NO" below. You will be allowed to request a private room, at a rate of $200 per night, on the next page.

    Please note that spaces are limited, and a complimentary room cannot be requested after submitting registration!

    ACC has secured a limited room block at the Montgomery Bell State Park Lodge. If you would like to reserve a private room in our room block, please see the instructions below.

    If you would like a private room in ACC's room block, please indicate so below. If you choose yes, you will receive a confirmation via email and then owe the full amount to the hotel at time of check-in. Please note that spaces are limited, and rooms cannot be booked after submitting registration!

    If you need to cancel your room for any reason, please notify us by Monday, June 16th.

  • Before submitting your registration, please read and confirm your agreement to the following terms.

    Attendee Code of Conduct:

    • Attendees agree to remain ​​considerate and respectful to all fellow attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, event staff, venue staff, and hotel guests.
      Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
    • The illegal use of drugs is prohibited. Alcohol will be available at certain evening receptions to attendees who are 21 and older only. Attendees are expected to know their limit, and must not become disruptive or over-intoxicated. Should an attendee show signs of over-intoxication, they will be asked to leave. Attendees under the age of 21 will not be allowed to consume alcohol.
    • The dress code for attendees is appropriate but casual attire. Attendees are expected to dress in an appropriate manner and those not abiding by the dress code may be asked to leave.
    • Any sort of sexual harassment or violence is prohibited. Any infraction will be brought immediately to the attention of an ACC staff member and any attendees committing these acts to be immediately asked to leave.
    • Attendees will obey any and all rules or regulations of the event venue.

    Additional Terms of Attendance:

    • Attendees who are granted travel assistance but do not ultimately attend the Summit may be asked to reimburse ACC for the cost of their unused travel.
    • There will be a number of photographers and videographers present at the Summit. Attendees understand they may be photographed or recorded on video while in the event area.
    • There will also be press and media present at the Summit. Attendees may deny any media requests.
    • Attendees violating the rules and terms outlined above may be asked to leave without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.
    • Completing registration will opt you into ACC's free membership network. An active ACC membership is required to attend ACC National events.

    AFTER COMPLETING REGISTRATION
