AHF 2025 National Conference Operator Scholarship Application

Thank you for taking the time to submit for consideration for an AHF 2025 Operator Scholarship. Our scholarship program is designed to help send operator members to our National Conference.

AHF hosts the only national conference solely dedicated to furthering the field of self-operated facilities and are the best place to network with colleagues, build and strengthen relationships with our valued business partners and learn new ways to innovate. We hope that regardless of whether AHF is able to award you with a scholarship this year that you will plan to attend the National Conference and also participate in our onsite fundraising activities. The more funds we raise, the more operators like yourself that we can support in future years

Before you get started, there are a few things to note below. Some rules and guidelines have changed, so please review carefully.

IMPORTANT DATES AND GUIDELINES:

Scholarship applications will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis starting on March 31 and applicants will be notified of their scholarship status on a bi-monthly basis. Scholaships are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

Based on available funding, one scholarship will be awarded per site membership. Please have the team member most needing funding to apply for the scholarship. Should you have additional employees who would like to be considered by an application, please submit their names in the applicable field below and we will add them to a waiting list if we have the funds available.

Application Deadline: You must submit your application no later than Sunday, May 25 to be considered.

Registration Deadline: If you are awarded a scholarship, you must register for the conference no later than June 20, 2025 before late registration fees go into effect.

Scholarship Recipients:
If you are awarded a scholarship of any kind, you may be asked to assist in the following tasks both leading up to, onsite, and after conference to further amplify and promote AHF and the self-op community as a whole.

Promote AHF via Social Media
Provide session recap notes
Provide conference testimonials
Serve as conference volunteer if requested

Scholarships are non-transferrable.
To ensure we provide a fair opportunity to all our members, only one employee per member site may be awarded with a scholarship (not including members who serve on the AHF Board of Directors or Conference Planning Committee (CPC)), unless additional funds are available. Scholarships are awarded on a first come first serve basis.
Complimentary registrations have no cash value, a discount code will be provided to you in advance of registration to apply your awarded scholarship.
AHF will not make exceptions to its reimbursement deadline or guidelines.
