PRICING & ENGAGED SEARCH AGREEMENT
FutureLink Staffing Partners specializes in direct hire placements only (no W-2 employees or temp staffing at this time).

Direct Hire Placement Fee
✔ Flat 25% of the hired candidate’s first-year salary.

Engaged Search Agreement (Recommended Option for Priority Hiring)
✔ To ensure a serious commitment from both parties, the client agrees to pay a refundable upfront engagement fee of $2,500. This amount will be deducted from the final invoice upon placement.

✔ Refund Policy: If FutureLink does not present a viable candidate within 30 days, we will fully refund the engagement fee.

✔ Candidate Guarantee: If the candidate leaves within 90 days, we will conduct a replacement search at no additional cost.

✔ Final Invoice & Payment: The remaining balance (placement fee minus the engagement fee) is due within 5 business days after the candidate's start date.
