The screens to the windows are not to be taken off the windows at any time.
• Food/drinks are not allowed in camper’s rooms. Snacks will be provided each night.
• Due to Campus and Fire regulations, once room assignments are made, there will not be any changes.
• Each room will have two campers only, each with their own bed. (In rare cases, a 3-person room may be available; each camper will have their own bed.)
• Camp staff will not put youth in situations where they are expected to share a bed with strangers, adults or other youth.
• In the event that there is one youth from a congregation, they will be assigned a room with one youth from another congregation, but will always be provided with their own bed.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS/MEDICATIONS
Crossways Confirmation Camp has a zero tolerance policy. Anyone in possession of or consuming alcohol/illegal drugs will be dealt with as follows:

• The camper involved will be isolated from other campers and activities of the Camp until their guardian picks them up.

Shirts should fall at least 3-4 inches below the waistband of shorts or jeans. There is to be no skin showing between the top of shorts/jeans and the bottom of the shirt.
There will be no clothing with offensive or suggestive language, logos or symbols.
Shirts and shoes (not flip-flops) will be worn during Camp activities unless otherwise told by staff; exceptions: water park and inside the showers. All campers are expected to shower EVERY day.

All money will be placed in an envelope with the camper’s name and given to their congregation’s pastor/staff person until needed/requested.
Personal electronic devices (cell phones, ipods/mp3, radios, video games, laser lights, etc.) are not allowed during the time at Camp. If parents/youth need to be in contact while at Camp, they can do so through their church’s Camp staff. Camp staff need not be a pastor.
DISCIPLINARY SITUATIONS
Any disciplinary problems will be dealt with appropriately between the Camp Dean, the supervising pastor/staff person, and the camper(s) involved. In any circumstance where a camper's behavior poses a risk to the camper's own safety, other campers, the camp staff, or to Augustana College property, the camper will be removed from camp. The parent or guardian will be contacted by the Congregation Leading Staff and requested to pick up the child as soon as possible. A more detailed document on the Crossways Confirmation Camp crisis procedures will be sent to parents and guardians upon the closing of registration.”
