RELEASE OF LIABILITY
CAUTION: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

I, the undersigned, hereby enter into this agreement with Stache Ranch LLC (referred to herein as 'Barn'), acknowledging and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below. This agreement applies to myself and, if applicable, to the children or legal wards listed herein.

Collectively referred to as "I," "me," or "my" in this document.

IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

Access and Equine Activities: I request permission to enter The Property and engage in equine-related activities, including being near equines, domestic animals, and riding equines on or off The Property.

Inherent Risks of Equine Activities: I understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with equine activities, including the unpredictable nature of equines and potential hazards. I expressly assume all risks and hold Barn harmless from any consequences.

Waiver and Liability Release: In consideration of being allowed on The Property and engaging in equine activities, I assume full responsibility for any bodily injuries, losses, or damages. I release Stache Ranch LLC, Edward J Landry III, and related parties from all claims, actions, or causes of action resulting from ordinary negligence, except in cases of gross negligence, reckless misconduct, or willful disregard for safety.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stache Ranch LLC, Edward J Landry III, and related parties against damages caused by my actions while riding or near equines on The Property, including attorney fees and costs.

Helmets/Headgear: I acknowledge that | am responsible for my safety and agree to wear a properly fitted and secured ASTM-standard/SEl-certified equestrian protective helmet at all times during riding activities, as advised by Barn.

Photo and Video Release: I grant Stache Ranch LLC permission to use, reproduce, and distribute photos and videos of me and/or my children/legal wards for promotional and marketing

Law/Signer's Intentions/Fees: This agreement is governed by Washington law. Any clause conflicting with Washington law shall be null and void. In the event of a lawsuit contrary to this agreement, I agree to pay attorney fees and costs incurred by Barn.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE (BOTH PAGES) AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND IT.
