The Glass House Kitchen team is extremely dynamic and hardworking. The most important part of your position is to ensure that what we produce in the kitchen is top quality with speed, cleanliness and efficiency.

Our peak summer season is December-February, we only close for 2 days of Christmas on 24th & 24th December, and are open all other days through the holidays. ALL OF OUR TEAM MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK THROUGHOUT THIS PERIOD.
