Financial Aid Policy

It is the mission of Pond Brook Project to be financially accessible to all. To this end, Pond Brook is actively fundraising to provide aid to all families in need; Pond Brook secures aid through grant awards, fundraising events and occasional donations.

Willowell Foundation and Pond Brook Project ask families to consider all means possible in securing funding on their own so that we can equitably distribute aid to families in a way most reflective of each family's circumstance. We ask that families take measures to fundraise their own tuition, and that those measures stretch their fundraising capacity while not creating an undue burden or overt and overwhelming stress.

Financial aid allocation is sytematically determined by Willowell Administrators on a yearly basis.

In order to be considered for aid, Willowell must receive your 2024 W2 and Tax Return, which can be sent to:

Financial Assistance

Pond Brook Project tuition for the 2025-26 school year follows the average annual tuition report from the Vermont Agency of Education. This report is released in April of 2025. Tuition will not exceed 10% of the 2024-25 tuition amount of $19,744.
