Thank you for considering Camp VIP RV Park for your extended stay. We currently have sites available, with monthly rates ranging from $800 to $975, depending on site size and amenities. Please note that sites are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and completing the application does not guarantee placement. The application process includes a background check, a signed park rules agreement, and submission of required documents such as photo IDs, RV registration, and proof of insurance. If the park is full, you may be placed on the waitlist. For your convenience, we also have sites available in our adjacent KOA park while you wait.
