I promise to support my child’s faith formation at church and home by: Practicing my faith and being an example to my family, Attending and participating in Sunday Mass every week, Praying daily such as morning offering, night prayer, grace before and after meals, other prayers, and Attending Parish events and sessions for parents planned during the Faith Formation year.

The fee is $150 FISH children who have received First Communion/Reconciliation. Sacramental Preparation fees are $175 for each year (2-year program). After you hit "Submit," you will be redirected to the Corpus Christi online giving page to make your payment via credit card. If you need a payment plan, you can contact Susie Hays at 949/389-9295.
