    Eligibility Criteria: This internship is an excellent opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students who are passionate about addressing social inequities, improving community outcomes, and fostering educational and economic opportunities for marginalized populations. Currently enrolled as a full-time/ part-time student in an accredited college or university. Demonstrated interest in youth empowerment, social justice, economic mobility, or community development. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment. A commitment to supporting equity-driven initiatives and advancing the foundation's mission of increasing opportunities for the youth of the Merrimack Valley by providing a concrete foundation through mentoring, coaching, and exposure to professional role models. Prior experience in nonprofit work, youth development, or community organizing is a plus, but not required.
  • Compensation & Duration

    This internship is an unpaid position. The duration is flexible and can be aligned with academic terms (semester or summer). Interns are expected to commit to a minimum of 6 hours per week during the internship period. Unpaid Opportunity: While this internship does not offer monetary compensation, it provides valuable hands-on experience and professional development. Flexible Schedule: Interns can work around their academic schedules, with opportunities for both in person and virtual engagement.
