2025 ADA Sticker Registration
Complete the form below to request an ADA sticker, which will help our staff and security easily identify and assist you with accommodations during LVL UP EXPO. If you require assistance from a companion, you may also request one (1) additional ADA sticker for them. Please note that stickers provide accessibility privileges but do not serve as event admission. For the best experience, we recommend submitting your request by April 15, 2025.
