TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• Please confirm your booking at least 10 working days before your event.

• Payment in full (including bond) must be received at least three working days prior to your party date. Failure to make payment on time may result in your party being cancelled.

• Refunds will not be given for any bookings cancelled within five days of the party.

• Stardome is an alcohol and smoke-free venue. Alcohol may not be served, supplied or consumed on the premises.

• The venue must be left clean and tidy; we provide a vacuum and cleaning products. All rubbish (including packaging, recycling, and food waste) is to be removed from the premises by hirer as Stardome has very limited waste disposal facilities.

• Stardome reserves the right to levy an additional fee of $100 per hour for professional cleaning of the venue if the condition above is not met. The hirer must also pay for any damage caused.

• Please be aware that some presentations in the planetarium may cause motion sickness for those susceptible to it. Please inform your group of this situation.
