The Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce's Excellence in Education Shining Start Awards program recognizes the outstanding contributions of full-time, Pre-K through 16 educators in the Fox Cities region. We know ALL educators continue to do an outstanding job inside and outside the classroom. You are all winners in our book!
