  • Q: Will tickets be available on the day?

Tickets will be available on the day if capacity allows.

We advise booking in advance to secure your spot and save money.

Tickets in advance will be £10 on Friday and £12 on Saturday.

Tickets on the door will be priced at £15.

  • Q: Can I leave the festival and return again on the same day?

Yes, you will obtain a wristband when you arrive, this will be your proof of ticket purchase. You can then show your wristband to our volunteers at the entry points to come and go as many time as you wish.

  • Q: How much is beer/cider and how do I pay?

Entry includes one glass of beer/cider and a souvenir glass. Hold on to your glass as you will need it to get additional drinks.

Beer or cider will cost £4 for a pint and £2 for half a pint.

We will be using a BEER TOKEN system. Simply visit the token table on the day to purchase the number of tokens you require. Then exchange them at the bar for your drinks. This system helps speed up service and reduce cash handling at the bar.

Please note the purchase of Beer Tokens will be card only.

  • Q: What are beer tokens?

Our festival beers and ciders are all purchased using a BEER TOKENS (like a loyalty stamp card).

You can buy beer tokens at our token table on the day. Payment will be CARD ONLY.

Each beer token card is valid for up to 10 half-pint tokens / 5 pints.

You can buy beer tokens cards for 1 to 5 pints. (At the value of £4 a pint).

You will need to hand your token card to the bartender in exchange for your drink.

The bartender will cross off the number of tokens required and return your card with any unstamped tokens for you to use again on your next round.

  • Q: Can I share my beer tokens with a friend?

Yes, your tokens are yours to use how you wish. Simply present to the bartender in exchange for the number of drinks you require.

  • Volunteering at Our Beer Festival

We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers aged 18 or over to help make our beer festival a success! Shifts run on a 2-hour rota, but we're flexible—if you can only spare 1 hour, we'd still love to have you on board. Volunteering is a great way to get involved, meet new people, and soak up the festival atmosphere. As a thank-you, all volunteers will receive a free entry ticket to the festival. If you're interested, sign up and be part of the fun!

  • We couldn’t run this festival without sponsors, the more sponsors we get, the wider the choice of beers and ciders we can offer!
