Jaywalkers Jamboree Vendor Registration Form 2025

Registration Details

Exclusive Registration: Downtown businesses and Chamber members can register begining February 14.
General Registration: Registration opens to all other vendors starting April 1.
Approval Process: Vendor approvals are granted on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent upon receipt of all required information, external approvals, and full payment.

All vendors will receive an email response confirming the approval of there application within 7 days of all required items being completed and submitted.

Jaywalkers Event Rules & Regulations

Booth Spaces

1. All vendors must provide proof of valid and current $2 million liability insurance.
2. All food vendors must meet all required standards and submit all necessary documents to both the Camrose Fire Department and Alberta Health Services (AHS) before being approved to attend the event. Failure to comply will result in denial of vendor status or removal from the event.
3. All beverage and personal services vendors must meet all required standards and submit all necessary documents to AHS before being approved to attend the event. Failure to comply will result in denial of vendor status or removal from the event.
4. Vendors must ensure that all structures and accompanying items remain within their designated vendor space.
5. Generator use must be pre-approved. The Camrose Fire Department reserves the right to shut down or remove any generator that does not pass inspection. Only park-model generators that meet noise regulations are permitted. No fuel storage is allowed on-site.
6. Power is not included. We cannot guarantee access to or supply of power from source towers along the street.
7. Extension cords are not permitted on walkways and streets. Cords must be secured overhead from your booth to the power source.
8. Booth locations are assigned at the discretion of the Jaywalkers Committee. While requests will be considered, placement is not guaranteed.
9. Vendors featuring live entertainment must notify the organizers at the time of registration.
10. Music played within vendor booths must be kept at a reasonable volume and must be family-friendly.
11. Vendors must set up and operate their booths during all official Jaywalkers retail hours. Failure to do so may result in denial of vendor status for the following year.
12. Security will be in place from move-in to move-out for the safety of vendors and attendees.
13. All tents and structures need to be appropriately secured (weighted) to protect from wind. 

Fees

1. Vendor space is not secured until full payment has been received.
2. No refunds will be issued once payment has been received unless approved by the Jaywalkers committee

Move-In
Thursday, June 5th | 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• No loading vehicles are permitted to stay overnight.
• Each vendor may bring one vehicle into the setup area but must remove it immediately after unloading to allow space for other vendors.

During the event, no vehicles will be allowed within the venue except for emergency vehicles.

Move-Out
Sunday, June 8th, after 6:00 PM (or as directed by the committee)

• To ensure the safety of Jaywalkers attendees and vendors, booths must not be dismantled, and vehicles will not be permitted for display removal until this time.

2025 Jaywalkers Jamboree Terms & Conditions
We’re excited to welcome you as a valued vendor at the 2025 Jaywalkers Jamboree! To ensure a smooth and successful event for everyone, please review and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booth Placement

• While we strive to accommodate requests, vendors cannot select their booth location due to space limitations.
• Jaywalkers committee reserves the right to adjust booth placements if necessary, up until the event move-in date.

Payment & Approvals

• Full payment and all required approvals from the Camrose Fire Department and Alberta Health Services (AHS) must be received by no later than May 1, 2025.
• Failure to meet this deadline will result in the booth being released to waitlisted vendors.

Move-In & No-Show Policy

• Vendors must complete their move-in by Thursday, June 5, at 9:00 p.m.
• If a vendor has not moved in by this time, their space will be forfeited without a refund.

Booth Usage

• Vendors may not sublet or share booth space unless approved by Jaywalkers committee.
• Direct selling is permitted only within the assigned booth space.
• Jaywalkers committee reserves the right to cancel booth space if a vendor violates these terms.

Photography & Marketing

• Vendors acknowledge that any photos or videos taken on the show floor may be used by Jaywalkers Jamboree for marketing and promotional purposes.
• All rights to such materials belong to the event organizers.

Product Sales

• While no vendor has exclusive rights to any product, Jaywalkers committee will work to ensure a fair balance and avoid excessive duplication of similar items.

Code of Conduct

• Threatening or aggressive behavior toward Jaywalkers committee, security personnel, attendees, or fellow vendors will not be tolerated.
• Food, beverage, and personal service vendors must comply with Camrose Fire Department and/or Alberta Health Services Safety Regulations, at all times. Failure to meet these requirements at any point will result in booth closure and removal from the event without a refund.
• Vendors agree to follow all direction provided during the event from Jaywalkers representivies or any other relevant authorities. 
• The Jaywalkers committee reserves the right to remove any exhibitor or representative who violates these terms or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate.

By signing this agreement, vendors confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the 2025 Jaywalkers Jamboree, along with any additional requirements set forth by the venue or regulatory authorities.
