I understand that the beach and ocean carry a degree of risk that no amount of care, caution, instruction, or expertise can completely eliminate.
I agree to release from liability Morro Bay Little Guards and all of its affiliates from any and all legal action, liabilities, or claims by myself, or any representatives, third parties or heirs, for any injury, death, or loss occurring to myself, my minor, or my property while participating in, or traveling to or from any camp session or event offered by the “released parties”, including any loss of life, personal injury, or damages which may occur as a result of the released parties negligence, any third party, any animal or wildlife, nature, or the conditions of the beach, parking lot, and premises. I voluntarily assume all risk of loss of life, personal injury, or loss of property that may occur while participating in, or traveling to, or from, any camp sessions or events conducted by or sponsored by the “released parties”. I will not sue or bring legal action against the “released parties” and indemnify and hold harmless the “released parties” from all claims judgments and costs. By signing my name below, I attest that this release of liability is binding and cannot be changed by oral agreement.

If signing for a minor, I hereby acknowledge by signing below, to be the lawful parent and/or guardian of the above-mentioned minor and I, therefore, acknowledge my qualifications to sign the agreement on behalf of the said minor I am registering for the program.

Deposit and Refund Agreement

DEPOSIT POLICY

$150 of the payment per session registered will be considered a non-refundable deposit. For example, if Child A is registered for Session 1 AM and Session 2 PM, there will be a $300 non-refundable deposit.

REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be given after 05/01/2024

Session Switching Policy

Switching sessions after your initial registration will require an additional $150 charge prior to completion.

Photography Release

Morro Bay Little Guards Photo Release

I grant permission to Morro Bay Little Guards, its agents, and its employees the irrevocable and unrestricted right to produce photographs and video taken of my child while at Morro Bay Little Guards for any lawful purpose including publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, trade, or historical archive in any manner or in any medium by Morro Bay Little Guards. I hereby release Morro Bay Little Guards and its legal representatives from liability for any violation or claims relating to said images or video.

Furthermore, I grant permission to use the statements of my child, myself, or my family members given during an interview or evaluation with or without my name for the purpose of advertising and publicity without restriction to time limit or geographic area. I waive my right, my child’s rights, and my family’s rights to any and all compensation stemming from the use of these materials.
