By signing below, I understand that the following conditions apply to this inquiry:
- The "Total" above, is the estimated cost of Technical Rental Services, and is above and beyond permitting and other costs associated with your event. Whitby Courthouse Theate accepts no liability for errors in this submission, nor for inability to provide services is this request is not made in adequate time.
- Rental requests within less than 3 weeks are subject to a $250 last-minute booking fee, as indicated above.
- Whitby Courthouse Theatre is not able to provide any Technical Services unless the renter has a permit issued by the Town of Whitby for use of the space, a copy of this permit is required to confirm the technical rental booking.
- The quotation provided is as a courtesy and is subject to review, correction, and change prior to the issuance of a Technical Rental Service Contact.
- This inquiry does not constitute an agreement for Whitby Courthouse Theatre to provide any technical services, equipment, or technicians.
- Errors in this submission do not bind Whitby Courthouse Theatre to issue a contact for service at the rates or times indicated.
- The Renter has certain obligations to ensure the success of the event, such as meeting deadlines for the contract signing, payment, and providing files to us (music, projections, etc).
- A Technical Rental Service Contact must be signed, deposit received, and permits with the Town of Whitby confirmed, before the technical rental services can be booked, and confirmed.
