    This is a form to report a Code of Conduct violation. The Code of Conduct process was created by Black and Brown members from marginalized communities to ensure that union spaces are safe from racism, homophobia, ableism, and other forms of oppression. If you have a different concern within the union, contact your Organizer or the Member Assistance Center at 1-844-503-7348.
