Your appointments are very important to me, and they are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. •Cancellations within 48 hours: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, 100% of the service cost will be charged to your card on file. •Cancellations within 24 hours or No-Shows: If you cancel within less than 24 hours or fail to show up for your appointment, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged to your card on file. This policy is in place to ensure that my time and availability are respected. By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding and support.

I understand that these products may cause allergic reactions or adverse effects, including but not limited to redness, itching, swelling, irritation, or other skin or nail reactions.By signing below, I agree to the following: I have informed the nail technician of any known allergies or sensitivities. I understand that reactions to acrylic and gel products can be unpredictable and vary from person to person. I release Magic Beauty LLC and the nail technician from any liability for any allergic reactions or adverse effects that may occur as a result of these services. I accept full responsibility for any medical treatment or expenses that may result from any reaction.By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms above.

A non-refundable deposit of $45 is required to secure every appointment. This deposit goes toward your total service cost and confirms your booking time. If you need to reschedule, a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment, as the original deposit cannot be transferred.Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance, including cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows. Please make sure you are certain of your date and time before booking. The deposit must be paid via apple pay to (541)-222-0851. Include your name and date of service booked. Please do not send deposit before you ensure you have the service booked on the date and time you need.
