Due to overwhelming demand, there may be a delay of up to 7-business days to respond to your request. The price for community student group visits is $18 per student Monday through Friday and $24 per student on Sunday. Each group is limited to 3 adult chaperones. All group visits are invoiced shortly after the reservation is confirmed and require full payment by credit card within 5-days. A 3% credit card processing fee is added to the price of your visit by our ticket vendor.

All groups must be paid for at the time of booking, subject to availability.

Group visits are available Sunday through Thursday: 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Last entry is one hour before closing.

Group visits begin every 15 minutes and each visit can accommodate up to 25 people. Groups exceeding 25 people will be required to schedule multiple adjacent time slots.

The exhibition takes approximately one hour to visit. The exhibition is an audio-led experience and all group visits include complimentary audio guides to help your guests navigate the exhibition. We do not provide docents or tour guides. Unauthorised tour guides are not permitted to guide tours in the exhibition.

Upon confirmation, a non-refundable payment is required. All fees are payable by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa through the online booking system (a link will be sent to process your booking). A 3% credit card processing fee will be added to your order. Payments cannot be accepted by check or cash.

All visitors to the exhibition are welcome to explore the Center for Jewish History after exiting Anne Frank The Exhibition.

The venue does not have an on-site dining facility. Immediately up the block from the venue is Union Square, which offers a number of dining options.
