Azeez Academy Summer Camps
Please note each week will require a minimum enrollment of 4 to run.

Camp will run from 9:30am-3:00pm M-F and each week will feature a unique theme of learning, activities and fun! Also, each week will feature 1 day of outdoor water play.

We offer greater flexibility by offering registration by individual weeks but please note that all summer camp fees are due upon registration through this form.

We are unable to issue refunds as summer camp planning and materials are purchased at one time in advance of the program launch.

5% discount applies for younger siblings. Please submit a second form for siblings and use code SIBLING.

You may need to submit childcare forms if they are not already on file with Azeez Academy.

Cooking Week - outdoor cooking, baking, and healthy summer salads!

Week 4 (July 21 - July 25) $350.00

Paint week - finger, water-based, and foot painting!

Sculpting Week - Working with modeling clay, play dough, and paper mache.
