✨ How It Works

Booking Fee — A $100 non-refundable retainer secures your event date and is applied toward your final total.

Event Minimum — Private events require a $700 minimum in total purchases.

Travel Fee — Events beyond 20 miles may include a travel fee and/or increased mimimum. Custom quotes provided.

Host Perk — Hosts receive a complimentary bracelet once the event minimum is met.

• Remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your event

• Guests may purchase additional pieces during the event

• If the $700 minimum is not met, the remaining balance is the responsibility of the host

✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled event.

The $100 retainer is non-refundable, but may be applied toward a future event if rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice.

Changes made within 72 hours of the event will result in forfeiture of the retainer.

Photos and videos may be taken during your event for marketing and promotional purposes.

Each guest will complete a consent form prior to receiving permanent jewelry services, outlining the process, aftercare, and policies.

✨ Guarantee & Liability

All sales are final. While we stand behind the quality of our welded jewelry, LINX That Bond is not responsible for loss, damage, or wear after your event. Proper care is recommended for longevity.
Once your date and time are confirmed, an invoice for the $100 retainer will be sent to secure your date reservation.
