Responsibility

Stage Host:

-Introduce speakers and sessions on the main stage.
-Ensure smooth transitions between different parts of the program.
-Engage with the audience, make announcements, and create a lively atmosphere.

Stage Assistant:

-Assist stage host in managing the stage and program flow.
-Handle technical equipment and ensure they are in working order.
-Help speakers with their presentations and provide any necessary support.

Room Coordinator:

-Manage and coordinate activities in assigned rooms.
-Ensure speakers are ready and have necessary resources.
-Check attendees' badges
-Assist attendees with any questions or issues they may have.

Registration:

-Manage the registration desk and provide a warm welcome to attendees.
-Distribute name tags, badges, and conference materials.
-Assist with check-in, provide general information, and address attendee inquiries.

QR Control:

-Checking the QR codes of the guests at the entrance

Badge Control:

-Checking the badges of the guests

Ask me Crew:

-Be stationed at designated areas to answer attendee questions.
-Provide information about the conference schedule, sessions, and venue.
-Assist attendees in finding their way around the event.

Gatekeeper:

-Ensure authorized access to designated areas such as the business lounge, Kuleli stairs, and Galata food area.
-Verify attendee badges or credentials at entry points.
-Provide directions and assist with any inquiries related to the designated areas.
