1. Event details:
Location: Winkelcentrum Kastelenplein, Eindhoven
Time of event: 11:00 till 19:00
Set up/Cleanup: Vendors are welcome to start setting up from 9:30 and must be ready to sell by 11:00
Booth must be cleaned, and premises must be left by 21:00
2. What will be available
- Table (marktkram) that is 2m x 1.5m
- Water
- Electricity (if discussed a head of time)
- Free parking
3. Rules and Regulations:
- Sales of Drinks, Halo-Halo and Filipino Toko products, is reserved for KDF, so no sales of drinks, halo-halo or Philippine groceries is allowed by other vendors
- Food Safety Compliance: All food vendors must ensure their products comply with Dutch food laws and meet all HACCP standards for food safety.
- It is not allowed to cook or try inside Kastelenplein Winkel Centrum, you may only bring devices/chaffing dishes to keep your food warm.
- If the organizer observes that a vendor is not following HACCP guidelines, the vendor may be prohibited from selling. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
- Liability: Vendors are solely responsible for the safety and quality of the food or products they sell. The organizer is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the vendor’s activities or products.
- Vendors must keep their booth clean throughout the event and leave it free of rubbish afterward.
- Vendors must comply with all legal regulations relevant to their trade, including food safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be given in the event of vendor cancellation.
- If the organizer is forced to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters), no refunds will be provided.
- Organizer’s Rights: The organizer reserves the right to remove any vendor from the event without refund if they fail to follow the rules.
4. Payment terms:
Payment must be made one week before the event date
No refunds will be provided if the vendor cancels after payment
